Phase Me — online store
An online clothing store on Shoper for a brand from Zielona Góra — from platform selection to 100+ products ready to sell.
Brief
The brand wanted to start selling online but didn’t know where to begin.
The founders of PHASE ME, a fashion brand from Zielona Góra, had a finished collection and were ready to enter e-commerce. However, they had not chosen a platform, set up a store, or added any products yet. They needed someone to guide them through the entire process.
My role
Setting up the store from scratch to launch-ready.
I guided the client through the platform selection process, configured the Shoper theme, added more than 100 products with edited photos and descriptions, integrated payments and shipping, and trained the team to manage the store independently.
- Shoper theme configuration and domain integration
- 100+ products with edited photos and descriptions
- payments: Przelewy24, BLIK, InPost, InPost Pay
- warehouse integration with Fakturownia
- blog with the first SEO-focused articles
- GA4 and Google Search Console setup
Process
The clients wanted to launch the store as quickly as possible.
They already had products ready and wanted to start selling without delay. To make that happen, we worked on the store configuration, product setup, and owner training in parallel, ensuring they could manage the platform independently from day one.
Result
A store ready from day one and fully managed by its owners.
The store launched with a complete product catalog, working payment methods, and analytics in place.
